Compare the claim on equal terms
A fair weight comparison uses the same size and states whether the number is for one shoe or a pair. Neither appears here. The sneaker label describes the intended presentation, not a running-shoe specification or a guarantee that prolonged walking will feel easier.
Which missing detail would change the decision?
For a job requiring a particular toe, outsole or electrical property, obtain the exact style’s marking first. For fit, ask for length and available-width information rather than inferring room from the photograph. If the main attraction is less bulk than a boot, confirm that a low shoe is allowed for the work; reduced upper coverage is a separate tradeoff from advertised lightness.
